Create your account
This form, then one click on the confirmation link in your email. Two minutes.
Fill in your listing
Description, prices, seasons, house rules and surroundings - all in the “My listing” editor, changeable at any time.
Upload photos
Your images at full resolution. We derive the crops and formats for phone and desktop from them.
Connect your Stripe account
Your own payout account. Stripe handles identity verification, and you enter your bank details directly with them - we never see them.
Without a connected Stripe account your listing will not be published. Stripe's identity check protects your guests from invented properties - and protects you from being mistaken for one.
Approval by Clavanza
At first the listing is visible only to you. We review it and publish it if it meets all requirements. Published listings are also checked automatically on a regular basis and suspended if they breach the rules. The review usually takes 2 to 3 working days; you will get an email as soon as your listing is published or rejected.

Create your account

First name

Last name

Exactly as in your ID document. Stripe verifies first and last name during onboarding - any difference delays activation. Use the same email address there as well.

Password

At least 12 characters, no requirements on character types. Rejected are common passwords, those from a data breach and those containing your name or the property name.

Property name

Your web address

property-name.clavanza.ch

It is formed from the property name and cannot be changed later.
